Yes — select "Audio" instead of "Reels" and paste the same link. GetInsta extracts the original audio track via a stream copy (no re-encoding) rather than just renaming the video file.

Is there a length or size limit?

GetInsta enforces a configurable maximum file size (set by the site operator) to keep the service fast and fair for everyone; most Reels are well under that limit.
